International Representation

Council of Europe

Since 1990, an international team has been meeting in Strasbourg and working with the Council of Europe. The MIAMSI delegation to the Council of Europe is managed by the European Relay. The terms of office correspond to those of the members of the International Bureau.

UN

MIAMSI has been recognized since 1996 as an NGO with consultative status with the United Nations, at the UN Economic and Social Council "ECOSOC" (Human Rights Committee) in Geneva.

UNESCO

MIAMSI is a member of the CCIC (International Catholic Centre for Cooperation), which partners with UNESCO. The CCIC brings together international Catholic-inspired NGOs that wish to participate in the role of civil society within UNESCO.
